up to 1024K x 1536K. (with 1 time $25 tuning charge)

Qwest provides the DSL circuit which is charged to your regular phone bill.
All speeds are up to, not guaranteed by Qwest, and are limited by the DSL circuit itself, the site you are visiting and your computer, not Seasurf.
